REAL ESTATE LEGAL SERVICES: Schrader Law Office, Tony R. Schrader, Attorney

American Title Services enjoys having attorney Tony R. Schrader on staff to answer legal questions and prepare legal documents such as Deeds, Notes & Mortgages, Easements, Powers of Attorney, Offers to Purchase, etc. 

Tony was raised in Menomonie, Wisconsin. After earning his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Minnesota, Tony attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned distinguishing honors for his performance in Temple’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program.  Tony also participated in Temple’s unique clinical program, wherein he represented the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority in arbitration proceedings.  In addition, Tony worked as a staff-writer for Temple’s Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
 
Tony now enjoys his days in Menomonie, Wisconsin where he works with American Title Services and runs Schrader Law Office.  He has worked on a wide range of legal issues but concentrates his practice on issues relating to Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Property Law, Estate Planning.  He is, however, more than happy to help with questions or representation regarding other areas of the law.
